Bribery Prevention Policy

Nippon Ceramic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “The Company”) hereby establishes this policy for the purpose of preventing bribery.

  1. Prohibition of bribery of civil servants

    2. The Company shall not provide, promise, or offer monetary or any other form of interest or benefits, either directly or indirectly, to civil servants, domestic or foreign, with the intent of influencing the work practices of said civil servants for the purpose of securing or maintaining business advantages of the Company.

  2. Prohibition of bribery of other business persons

    3. The Company shall not provide, promise, or offer monetary or any other form of interest or benefits, either directly or indirectly, to other businesses, domestic or foreign, with the intent of engaging in unjust work practices for the purpose of securing or maintaining business advantages of the Company.

  3. Prohibition on accepting bribes

    4. The Company shall not accept or promise to accept from other businesses or civil servants, domestic or foreign, or demand to them monetary or any other form of interest or benefits in exchange for their unjust work practices.

  4. Thorough management of records

    5. The Company shall make and maintain accurate accounting records of all transactions and dispositions of assets.

  5. In case of violations

    6. The Company shall rigorously investigate and deal with violations of this policy and shall fully cooperate with investigations by relevant authorities.
